How you benefit
Your organization receives a percentage of the gross ticket sales up front with a potential to earn additional revenue.

Prestige Foods Corporation will prepare for 10% overage in order to sell "walk-up" meals on the designated distribution day, yielding additional revenue for the organization.

As another option, your organization can make additional revenue on the designated distribution day by selling beverages as meal tickets do not include beverages.

For Example:
Assuming your Organization supports a body of 300 participants

Let’s assume only 200 participate selling 10 tickets per student (average of 1 ticket sale per day at $10 a ticket)

200 participants x 10 tickets = 2000 meals sold

2000 Meals x $10 = $20,000 gross ticket sales

Your organization receives 20% of the gross ticket sales up front ($20,000 x .20) = $4000

Prestige Foods will then purchase, prepare and provide all food, plates, cutlery and napkins to prepare the 2000 plates on the designated distribution day. Our mobile unit comes on site the day of the event to ensure that the meals are fresh, hot, and tasty.

Don't forget that additional potential revenue may derive from "walk-up" plates that are covered in the 10% overage and any sales made by your organization outside of the meal such as beverages.
