Since our inception, Prestige Foods has undertaken various efficiency and capacity enhancement projects to increase food service capabilities.

With our multiple commissaries, we are positioned to be the most accessible food service provider in our operating areas. We exhibit strong service capabilities starting from our use of a full service mobile kitchen facility with efficient refrigeration and a large kitchen capacity, and a trained uniform staff enabling us to operate and meet client needs efficiently.

Moreover, our services include the delivery of specialized skills together with management evaluation and training programs.  We assess and establish staffing requirements and training needs, and develop effective programs to meet client goals and objectives.  


Prestige Foods operations assessment include an in-depth analysis of a client’s food service operations.  Typically, an examination includes the areas of menu pricing, competitive environment, operating policies, space & equipment utilization and optimization, hours of operation, labor & staffing allocation, and financial analysis. The exact focus of each assignment varies based upon the unique needs of the clients. A typical study includes a two to three day on-site visit and a comprehensive, written analysis that identifies specific opportunities and provides tangible recommendations targeted towards improving both revenue and profitability.

Currently, Prestige Foods is positioned for opportunities to expand Café Concepts through national franchising by leveraging its experience and ability to manage the food service operations for any corporate, educational or collegiate institution.
